This document outlines the specific commercial terms and payment conditions required in advance to secure all travel services and tour packages booked through CUSCONOVA TOURS S.R.L.
1. Booking Deposits and Ticket Procurement
To officially confirm any tour package (especially tours involving Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, or the Inca Trail), a 50% deposit is strictly required at the time of booking. This prepayment is immediately used to purchase official government entry permits, train tickets, and shuttle passes, which are personal, nominative, non-transferable, and non-refundable under Peruvian Ministry of Culture regulations. Therefore, this initial 50% deposit is entirely non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Final Payment and Balance Options
The remaining 50% balance required to complete 100% of the total tour price must be settled by the client. For your convenience, the remaining 50% balance can be paid on the very same day the tour begins, strictly before the official start of the excursion or boarding. This payment can be processed via credit/debit card or in cash (USD or Peruvian Soles). Failure to clear the remaining balance to complete the full payment before the tour departs will result in the immediate cancellation of the service without any right to a refund of the initial deposit.
